DDGM Paul Miller
Welcome to the 30th District of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of North Carolina where the Honorable Milton F. (Toby) Fitch, Jr. serves as Most Worshipful Grand Master. The 30th District stretches far and wide and consists of ten Lodges encompassing the Winston Salem, Walkertown, Mocksville, Mount Airy, Yadkinville, and North Wilkesboro area. Bro. Paul Miller serves as District Deputy Grand Master. The legacy of Prince Hall Masonry is one of proud distinction and is held in high esteem in this District, State and all across this great land. African American Freemasons have graced the neighborhoods of North Carolina for over 135 years. We are a proud District with a reputation of excellence, charity and community involvement. You may not hear us, you may not see us, but our presence is felt throughout the community. We believe in the "Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of Man." Our friends and neighbors often wonder what we do, but the Grand Architect of the Universe knows we are doing the work he commanded. That's all that really matters.
Those who came before us laid a solid concrete foundation of Brotherly love and affection. The work exhibited by them is one of great respect and admiration. From this day forward, it is up to us to continue with the Legacy that they established. We come from different professions and varied interests with one common goal.
The Sisters of The Order of the Eastern Star is a testament to dedication and determination. They work hard in whatever project they embark upon. They truly support the Brotherhood and Sisterhood in every way imagineable. Their dedication and efforts are noteworthy and greatly appreciated.
The Brothers and Sisters of this District are extremely proud of the Knights of Pythagoras and Gleaners. These are our youth groups for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18. They are growing in membership by leaps and bounds. The Lodges and Chapters are committed to supporting our children in all of their endeavors. They have responded by doing great in state youth competitions and are dedicated to doing better in the future. The Youth Advisors are experienced and capable leaders who have many plans for these children. With the support of the Lodges and Chapters, they will make a difference in the community.
The Jurisdiction of North Carolina and especially the 30th District thank you for visiting our website and invite you to come back again.
